Dr Anand
Principle Dentist
It was Dr Anand’s passion for quality dentistry and offering an exceptional patient experience that created Dentelle, Gippsland’s first ever dedicated Cosmetic Dentist clinic. Anand is meticulous in his aesthetic design and won’t stop until he’s created your perfect smile.
Dr Anand has over 18 years experience as a Dentist, and is still honing his skills every day. Anand was born in London, England and trained at the University of Leeds (2003) before completing a Masters degree from the University of Birmingham in 2013.
In 2013, Dr Anand came to Australia where he worked in Swan Hill and Melbourne before making the super-smart move to beautiful Warragul.
Dr Anand has incredibly high standards and is always on the hunt for the latest and greatest technology to share with Warragul and Gippsland.
Anand is a brilliant all-rounder and a highly skilled general practitioner. His special interests include All on 4, dental implants, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, crowns and treatment of excessive tooth wear, where a number of teeth need cosmetic enhancement.
Dr Anand also has a special interest in treating nervous patients and has worked at a specialist sedation clinic in England where he exclusively treated phobic patients.
One of Anand’s greatest skills is that he can explain technical dental procedures in really simple English.
Anand is adventure traveller and has ridden a motorbike to the North Cape, and a vintage London taxi from London to Turkey. You can see some of his pictures in the patient lounge.
Anand and his wife Belinda love the outdoors and when they’re not travelling around the world, they love cycling, hiking, and spending their time sightseeing around beautiful Gippsland.
Dr Ghadir
Dr Ghadir always goes above and beyond to help you find your dream smile. He’s known for his feather-light touch and caring nature, and will always make sure you feel comfortable when you visit.
Ghadir has a degree in Biomedicine (graduated 2012) and is a Doctor of Dental Surgery (graduated 2016). When it comes to performing dentistry Ghadir loves every aspect of it, from general check-ups, to complicated dentistry and restoring smiles to their full glory.
Ghadir’s gentle approach to treatment makes him perfect for one of his special interests, wisdom teeth removal. He also enjoys creating dream smiles with orthodontics, Invisalign and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry.
Dropped your shoppings bags? Don’t worry, Ghadir is a powerlifter and can help you carry the heaviest of bags. Ghadir’s other main interests include watching the Hawks, playing indoor soccer, or relaxing at the cinema watching the latest releases.
Dr Mira
There’s nothing Dr Mira loves more than seeing her patient’s face when they see their new smile. She says it brings her more joy than she could ever imagine, and feels lucky to have a job that is so rewarding.
Mira has a degree in Medical Science (2012) and is a Doctor of Dental Surgery (2016). She’s also worked in private practice across Sydney and Melbourne, before making Warragul Dental Care her home. Dr Mira is a proud member of the Australian Dental Association and continues to learn new skills and embrace the latest technology.
Dr Mira says, ‘the transformation of a smile has such a ripple effect on someone’s life in so many ways, I love being part of that process’. Mira is especially interested in Invisalign braces and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry including crowns, bridges and root canal therapy. She believes cosmetic dentistry is an ever evolving specialty, and continues to expand her knowledge so she can give you the best treatment possible.
Mira’s a free-spirited soul who loves nothing more than a snuggle with her cats before heading to work. When it comes to relaxing, Mira finds solace in her painting or exploring the great outdoors.
Dr Matt
It’s no secret that we’re incredibly lucky to have Dr Matt on the team at Dentélle. He is a highly skilled, in-demand cosmetic dentist who brings experience, exceptional quality and his friendly nature to create smiles that you’ll love.
Dr Matt graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Clinical Dentistry. Not only did he graduate, he finished at the top of the class in Clinical Dentistry.
After graduating, Dr Matt went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Implantology from Charles Sturt University before completing specific orthodontic training, the gIDE Master Implant Clinician program (from Las Angeles), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology. Wow.
Matt brings an incredible level of detail and skill to his areas of interest, which include implants, orthodontics, Invisalign, clear aligners, and wisdom teeth.
Matt takes the time to look at each patient individually before creating bespoke treatment plans to suit your fabulous smile. He is a joy to chat to and always creates magic for his patients.
On weekends, Dr Matt teaches other Dentists across Melbourne and Australia with the aim of raising the standard of dentistry.
Matt loves to give back to his community and has been involved in numerous volunteer opportunities throughout his career. He is the founder of the Australian Christian Dental Aid which provides much-needed dentistry to underprivileged communities.
When Matt finally gets time to relax, he likes to spend time with his wife Caroline, son and friends, attend church on Sundays and kick back to watch sport. Matt’s favourite sports are F1, cricket and AFL – especially when the West Coast Eagles!
